Hot Stones Massage

A warm, calming massage using hot stones to penetrate deep into the muscles and joints. It is particularly beneficial during the colder months and amazing for arthritis as it provides a great sense of warmth, relieving symptoms.

Reflexology

A soothing treatment which stimulates the nerves on your feet to increase circulation, and release your chi (life energy) allowing it to flow freely and assist the body in healing itself. This treatment can also be followed by a massage of the lower leg to aid lymphatic flow leaving you feeling like you're walking on air.
